Your Right to Cancel (EU Customers) Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s), without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at maxdrey90@gmail.com

How to Request a Return

Return Conditions Items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In original packaging where possible
- Returned within 14 days of your cancellation notice
Refunds Once we've confirmed your return request, we'll process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
Return Shipping Costs Unless the item is faulty or not as described, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — you won't need to return the item.
Non-Returnable Items Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned unless faulty.
